Going to the gym and hiring a personal trainer was what finally clicked for me. My personal trainer was also my nutritionist and was the key to changing my eating behavior. I was considering bypass or lap band surgery. But I realized I had to deal with the emotional side of why I eat the way I do and that lead me to the gym. Whatever you choose, find out why you eat the way you do.
