Nutrition

I had to concur my bad eating behavior along with starting to exercise.  I am completely dedicated to my exercise program but still struggle with maintaining a good eating behavior.  Now I am trying to understand how the pre and post exercise nutrition helps with reducing fat and building muscle.
My trainer lent me the book Nutrient Timing and it has helped me think about what I put in my body.  One thing I have figured out over this three year journey is the learning never stops.

1) Energy Phase (just before and during workout)
